Dear Church,

We’re so excited to share a glimpse into all that’s happened over the past year at The Well. As we look back, we’re honestly blown away by how God has been at work in and through our church family. It’s not easy to put it all into words, but this report is our way of celebrating together and saying thank you—for your prayers, your generosity, and the part you’ve played in this story. We hope these pages give you a sense of just how much God has done in our midst.

This past year at The Well has been one of growth, momentum, and God’s faithfulness every step of the way.

We’ve seen new families walk through our doors and find a place to belong. Our Kids Zone continued to thrive as volunteers poured into the lives of children each week—helping them take their next steps toward Jesus in ways that are meaningful and fun.

We celebrated baptisms, welcomed new people into community, and watched as individuals stepped into serving for the first time—many discovering their gifts and growing in confidence as they did. We hosted our first-ever kids Christmas musical Angels Aware (and what a night that was!), invited families to experience Christmas Eve at The Well, and filled our space with joy, hope, and the sound of kids singing their hearts out.

Behind the scenes, we made important strides too. We updated our policies, cleaned up our systems, added structure to our leadership team, and continued to work toward our charitable status to better serve our growing church family. We’ve clarified roles, equipped new leaders, and leaned into our mission to help people take their next steps toward Jesus—not just on Sundays, but in everyday life.

And while it’s easy to get caught up in numbers and events, what matters most to us are the individual stories—people rediscovering their faith, kids learning to pray, volunteers stepping into something new, and families finding hope again.

So to everyone who served, gave, prayed, invited someone, or simply showed up: thank you. You’re part of what makes The Well a church family—and we couldn’t do this without you.

We’re filled with hope and anticipation for what’s ahead. As you flip through these pages, we pray you’ll be encouraged. God is at work in Binbrook, and it’s a joy to be part of it together.

Pastor Kevin
